Shipping Assistance: Understanding the importance of timely service, we offer the following shipping assistance for warranty-related returns:
- Within the first month of supply: We cover return shipping costs.
- Within three months of supply: We cover one-way shipping costs.
- After three months: Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover:
