The working principle of the IGCT module is based on insulated gate control transistor (IGCT) technology. It consists of a PNPN structure that can be quickly switched on and off under high voltage and high current. When the control signal is applied to the insulation gate, the PNPN structure will form a conduction channel, allowing current to pass through. When the control signal disappears, the channel is cut off and the current stops flowing. The IGCT module can achieve efficient power conversion by controlling signals.
