GE IS200ERDDH1ABB Mark VI Speedtronic System

Product Description：

The IS200ERDDH1ABB was a major GE PCB element designed to be for the Mark VI turbine management system. The Mark VI was a vital part of the Speedtronic platform intended to manage heavy gas or steam durable turbines. This system offered central control of the CCM (Central Control Module) which was connected to the termination boards. The CCM also connected to an O/I (operator interface) which allowed interfacers to access data regarding the turbines using dedicated software intended to flawlessly integrate within the system hardware, such as the CIMPLICITY graphics platform. The IS200ERDDH1ABB was also an element in the third-generation digital excitation platform (EX2100). This control system was meant to accompany and integrate within MKVI and its HMIs. It worked well within the LS2100 Static Starter. The EX2100 could be used in tandem with separate retrofitted applications with incorporation finalized through serial or Ethernet Modbus. 

Functions: 

• Controlling the K3 charging station for redundant applications. 
• Controlling the K41 de-excitation station, in Simplex applications, 
• Providing bridge feedback which helped monitor dc link and output field voltage. This feature also allowed for the monitoring of output shunt currents, bridge temperatures, and the IGBT gate drive statuses. 
• Providing total gate drive control for field excitation 
• Controlling surplus dc-link voltage by way of a dynamic discharge.
