Function:
The Pulse Input Module (PIM) enables the Experion C300 controller to monitor various pulse input field values. It processes signals from pulse-generating devices, providing calculated rates and accumulated totals. The module supports a "fast cutoff" feature to halt dosing operations upon meeting a threshold. Its high accuracy and repeatability make it ideal for metering and custody transfer applications. Specifically designed to support the MeterSuite Custody Transfer Application, it includes support for dual pulse per ISO6551, implementing ISO-6551/API 5.5 for dual pulse inputs, including Level A pulse integrity.
